Taco Pizza

Taco Pizza is proof positive that having a full pantry and freezer can yield a speedy, I want to eat the whole thing, weeknight meal.  Ty had to hurry last night to make an evening class.  This left me  about five minutes to throw something together and on the table {using that on the table term really loosely here} before he had to fly out the door.
It was only 5:30 pm and I had walked in from work, like, two minutes before.
Thank goodness I had planned for a quick night this week so...challenge accepted.  I was able to prepare and cook this quicker than a drive down the road to the "golden arches".  I think he took it with him in the car...whatever :)
In all good conscience though, I can not call this a recipe, amounts and toppings are up to you.

TACO PIZZA METHOD
ground turkey made with taco seasoning {freezer}
Aldi pre made whole wheat thin pizza crust
black beans in chipotle sauce
Herdez casera salsa
sharp shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
shredded lettuce
crispy poblano pepper strips with lime
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  Spread desired amount of salsa on prepared pizza crust.  Of course, you could always make your own crust and your salsa too if so inclined.  Top the crust with turkey {mine was still semi frozen}, beans {drained}, and cheese.  Bake until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.  Add a dollop of sour cream, shredded lettuce, and crispy poblanos.  Eat and enjoy.
