- SUNDAY--Grilled Steak, Baked Potatoes (in the crockpot), Steamed Broccoli
- MONDAY--Grilled Pork Chops, Noodles or Rice, Green Veggies
- THURSDAY--Grilled Chicken Salad--Repeat from last week
- FRIDAY--Leftovers or Freezer Food
