Thanksgiving has come and gone and now we're headed down the back stretch towards Christmas. Here in Florida we have even had cooler weather to get us in the festive mood :)
This week's menu will be made utilizing what we already have in the freezer and pantry. I'm doing this so that the grocery budget can be used for the great shopping deals to be had this weekend after Thanksgiving.

To Do: Pick up lunch items for week (bread, milk, lunch meat), soak beans

Pita Bread with Parmesan Cheese Topping

To Do: Make cheeseburger chowder
MONDAY
Biscuits
To Do: Freezer meal tomorrow, soccer game tonight.
TUESDAY
Pork Schnitzel
(didn't have again last week)
Green Salad
To Do: Assemble crock for chicken chili
WEDNESDAY
Corn Bread
To Do: Put hot dogs in frig
THURSDAY
Chili Dogs
Parslied Potatoes

(although a Groupon after soccer will probably be used)
I'm attempting to make some homemade gifts for friends this week so my menu along with being cheap, doesn't require a lot of thought either. Have a great week and......
