I did it, I did it, I did it. I resisted the lurid easy call of restaurant food. I feel better, my eyes and ankles aren't swollen and I know I consumed at least half of the fat calories I would have eaten otherwise. The kids didn't complain, not once, and they actually brought friends over to share the meals we had. Oh yeah, ultimate compliment :) Anyway my goal is to keep it up through the next week, using this weekend to prep everything which worked out fantastically!

This is the plan for this week. Although it doesn't appear that these items are particularly low fat or even high on the so called healthy scale.....I control the ingredients. This makes all the difference in the world when my eye puffiness is involved. Have a great week and.......
