Rainy days have been dominating the area in which we live......it's a good thing because on the "rain-o-meter" for the year, we are seriously behind. We definitely don't want to have the fires that come when the winter (a loosely used term) is excessively dry.
The positive for us is that we can enjoy some soups or stews when the temperatures are mild....and if we use the oven its not necessary to turn on the a/c, lol.
Last week went according to the schedule with the exception of Thursday....
I used a gift card again and we ate pigged out at a local Mexican restaurant.
I was feeling lazy and didn't feel like cleaning up after the meal, and besides, I forgot to take the pork chops out of the freezer. Needless to say they will appear on the menu again this week. Actually, I found a recipe on Pinterest that looks perfect!
Thanks for stopping by today, and here's what we're shooting for next week.
