This last week has been full of challenges, changes, and disorganization. It also is my boy #2's birthday week, so needless to say, we have been "partying" down. This week culminates with a surprise dinner out at his favorite restaurant in the world.....Kotobuki, a local Japanese restaurant that serves hibachi food with amazing sauces. I even got a Groupon for half off. His birthday is also the birthday of the legendary Elvis....just a useless trivia fact. Absolutely, positively no menu plan was followed. Nausea and fevers negated that :o)
So our new year, new eating plan starts this week.....after the cake, the meal out, and the junky food he is requesting for the weekend.
What are you gonna do?
