Peanutty Chicken Pasta

My Boy #2 had a request for dinner last night that is one of our all time favorite recipes!  Unfortunately, I can't seem to snap or locate a picture to share that actually reflects how good the dish actually tastes.....but I can only recommend wholeheartedly to try Peanutty Chicken Pasta.  Serve it topped with scallions and red pepper flakes, a side salad, and garlic toast.  My then 17 year old made this with ease, so it is a task that can be delegated to even the mid experienced cook.  I also use precooked chopped chicken to make the dish quicker and even more simple!
