Menu Plan Monday 11/15/10

Hey Mon....I'm back, and our trip was wonderful, but I am
T I R E D!
The resort was tropical, the weather was warm although only really sunny for one of the days.  That was okay though because it left us with plenty of time to explore and relax.

This week we are eating what we have in the frig and freezer except for fresh veggies, fruits, and milk.  Heck, I might even try to do that for the next couple of weeks and start my holiday shopping early. Hmmm...that would be something absolutely foreign in my world.
Thanks for taking a look at what our plan is this week and stay tuned for a few pictorials of our vacation later on......it really was a beautiful place.  Also, head on over to orgjunkie.com for numerous ideas to spice up your dinner menu !
