I'm not sure what has been happening the last week but in no way, shape, or form have I been sticking to mt plan. I folded to the pressure for fast food one night, and folded yet again another night to the pressure for a meat filled meal. Needless to say a few meals from last week have been pulled forward. Also, have you noticed all of the Salad Shooter commercials? Just saying... I must be appliance forward! (That is the equivalent to fashion forward in cooking world)

SUNDAY--Potato soup, buttered bread.
MONDAY-- Lentil Tacos, corn, chopped lettuce, and tomato.
TUESDAY--Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, lima beans.
WEDNESDAY--Pork Chops, noodles, frozen veggies.
THURSDAY--Bertolli frozen oven bakes, garlic bread, peas. (Mom's night out)
FRIDAY--Grilled hamburgers, potatoes, sliced lettuce and tomatoes.
SATURDAY--Pesto Chicken Pasta, green salad.
