Yep, yep, yep. This recipe is a winner. Just like the author of the original post, I'm not a big fan of soup. However, this soup is dee-licious 🙌
I even made this a tad bit lighter by using my own homemade turkey Italian sausage and Neufchatel cream cheese. Homemade chicken stock allowed me to control the amount of salt especially since the Parmesan cheese already has its fair share. The only ingredient I didn't add was the Thyme. I even had some fresh in my frig, but Ty doesn't care for the flavor much so I left it out.
I'll be making this one again!
