Corned Beef... Beyond the Boil

Mustard and brown sugar can do wonders for plain 'ole corned beef.  Wrap tightly after smearing the mixture on all sides of the meat and bake at 350 for 2 hours reserving about 2 tablespoons of the sauce/paste.  Top the corned beef with reserved sauce and broil on high for approximately 5 minutes or until browned.  Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy.
My kids won't eat my favorite St Patrick's day delight any other way!

BROWN SUGAR BAKED CORNED BEEF
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
Ground pepper as desired
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
