Korean Beef Review


This dish was delicious, deserving of a medal.  I know my picture isn't very appetizing but follow the link and you will see a gorgeous one .  The finished product seemed a little dry which made me think that I would need to add additional soy sauce but I was wrong.  The brown sugar, soy, and ginger combine to make a coating not really a sauce.  Different than anything that I've made before but really tasty.  The only change I made was to add a little fresh grated ginger as opposed to the dried, and a little dried garlic as opposed to the fresh.  

I've now made three recipes out of four in my Shootin' for the stars series.
I'm patting myself on the back and bowing to my imaginary fans.
