I have a boy who doesn't like red sauce so look what I did to his spaghetti. I added enough cheese and little enough sauce that he actually complimented me on how good it was.
Did you notice under all of the parmigiana that there is a sprinkling of colby-jack?
Since I'm not the biggest fan of gloppy red sauces either, I get it, I really do.
But I do love me some sawce from the crock pot. I also really love not cooking when I get home from work. I'm surely anticipating that I've convinced him of the "light handed red sauce application" so that this meal can be eaten at least every other month. Maybe?
