Yummy Lunch


I liked this so much I'm going to have it again next week!  I made the pasta salad with Italian  vinaigrette and kept it in the frig.  I chopped the lettuce and put paper towels in the bottom of the bowl to absorb the moisture.  Chopped a half of an avocado and added a couple of slices of lunch meat to the top.  Easy peasy, fresh, filling, and fairly healthy.
