We really liked this and will add it to our permanent rotation of meals. My only change will be to either find a salt free taco seasoning or make my own salt free version. With the cheese and chips it was just a little much for our taste. Oh, and I didn't use the full amount of chips on top of the casserole. This is one you could freely improvise with and enjoy the result regardless of what you do. Unless you really get crazy with like some grape jelly or something :)
