I have to say that this recipe is by far the best one I have tried in this category. I was able to brown the ground beef with onions (I added green peppers too) and then freeze in order to make a quick meal during the week. Of course, I didn't measure anything but the combination of spices and sauces is a good one. I served this with toasted buns and Potatoes O'brien.
Inexpensive and easy.
