Boy #2 has been asking for this for a lengthy period of time......like months and months. He even asked for it as his birthday cake but....his Mamaw made him an Italian Cream Cake and I didn't want two over the top desserts that I absolutely LOVE in the house. Now the cake is gone though and I'm in need of a weekly dessert. Well, I'm in want of a weekly dessert although I'm positive that this won't last that long. Make some for yourself......you'll see.
Fried Ice Cream Dessert
***Yep, this was my dinner on Sunday night. It will be my dessert Monday night and if I could transport it to work I would have it for lunch until it runs out. I can't make this unless I'm taking it somewhere so I can share with others.....it's that good!
