Yes, I know....I live in Florida but I really, really wish I was going on vacation this week.
I haven't posted for quite some time as I'm not really the one in charge of cooking right now and life has just gotten in the way of my quality computer time.
However, this week we are eating meals from this plan with no variation. I can say this with certainty as I have already shopped and prepped everything necessary to make quality home cooked meals with some leftovers. We have really busy nights around here (swim practice/meets, work etc) and if I don't prep everything on the weekend then basically it's a free for all.
My sons have requested fresh veggies and some favorites, so since they have an opinion, I will oblige them! Hope your week is blessed :)
Eating at our friend's for Family Dinner
To Do: Shop, chop, bake cookies.
(Aldi's Spiral Sliced Applewood is the best!)
"Plain Old Kraft" (powdered type) Macaroni and Cheese

To Do: Put remaining ham away and freeze.
Chicken Stir Fry
To Do: Make rice pudding with leftover cooled rice, put pizza crust in frig to defrost.
Homemade Foccacia Bread
To Do: Put meatloaf in frig for defrost.
Au gratin Potatoes
Sauteed Green Beans
To Do: Nothing!
Do what you want night!
I am really looking forward to cooking and eating this week...I'm ready and prepped!
