I'm back! Well at least for this week......so I haven't cooked or been responsible for meal planning in quite sometime, but....this week I want some special stuff so I'm doing it!
I'm a little different than the average bear and in the summer I kind of plump up, whereas most people slim down for swimwear. This isn't necessarily what I want to happen but it seems to be a trend for me. Eating out is the culprit I'm sure...although of course it could be the hotdogs, hamburgers, cookies, cupcakes, and/or fruity drinks that are plentiful during the summer :o) It's my birthday week so I don't see my plumpness diminishing any time soon.
