Well, I'm starting the menu plan early this week, because I basically disregarded everything from our menu and we are hungry! I went on a cooking spree Wednesday night and made some things to last us until Friday and as I'm writing this now.....not much is left. My boys decimated the chicken salad, beef stew, potato soup, and cookies that I made in my abbreviated (however fruitful) cooking session. I am attempting to make enough for dinner each night so that there are leftovers available for lunches the next day......let's hope the midnight frig raider (aka Boy#1) won't strike :D
Have a blessed week.

FRIDAY
Leftovers or Freezer Smorgasbord
Lots of plain 'ole family favorites (with the exception of the lentil pie), that are simple and easy to make. I'm putting the marinade in with the pork chops before I freeze them so they will absorb the flavors as they defrost....a great time saver!
That's it folks and
as always.....
happy Monday :o)
