Pumpkin Pie Review

This recipe was just about as simple as can be....and tastes even better!  The only substitution I had to make was omitting the ginger.  I can not locate my bottle...so I used Pumpkin Pie Spice (just a dash).  The texture is perfect and after chilling the flavor is amazing.  Even my son that doesn't EVER eat the pie had a slice and pronounced that he will eat this now and in the future.  My civic duty has been fulfilled :D
