Pear Cake--My Picture



I made this recipe today, and I'm so pleased with the results!
I also learned how to blog from my phone, yes, I can be technologically challenged.
The result is a fresh tasting, not overly sweet snacking cake.  
I followed the recipe exactly and baked this about one hour and ten minutes.  For my next venture (and I will be making this again), I'm going to add a small amount of cinnamon and replace maybe half the oil with mashed banana or applesauce.  I think that would add a little dimension and definitely decrease the calories without diminishing the fresh taste.
All in all a good top of the search list pick.
