This past week has been one of the longest in my entire life. A lot of things are changing, and while change is never comfortable, it is necessary.
One thing we have been doing is sticking to our plan for dinner. At least we know what we'll be eating each day :0)
SATURDAY
Green Salad
To Do: Put pork roast in the frig, bake cake, make icing.
Pork Roast
Brown Rice
Peas
To Do: Make dinner for tomorrow, pack lunch and dinner for me, cut up veggies for week.
MONDAY

To Do: Nothing, I'll work too late to do anything.

To Do: Nothing....freezer meal Yay!
