Menu Plan Monday 4/16/12

Go Spring!  I love the warmer days, with cooler nights although I think this year's Spring season is on fast forward.  Before I know it, I'll be in the midst of Florida's sweltering Summer.  So I'm gonna enjoy the sparkly days of Spring while I can :)
Last week we ate at home every night....but we didn't adhere to the plan as strictly as I would have liked.  Oh well, we were being spontaneous.  Yep, not disorganized, spontaneous.

Your Choice Night
Stuffed Shells
(freezer meal)
Sourdough Baguette Garlic Sandwich Melt
To Do:  Put ground beef and chicken in frig for defrost, get propane tank filled.

To Do:  Work, cook chicken and package some for freezer, shop.

Corn Muffins
To Do:  Work, chop all the veggies for the week and for the salad, make sausage pasta, put pork chops in the frig.

Leftover Green Salad
To Do:  Not much, probably won't be off work early enough to do anything!

Honey-Mustard Pork Chops Recipe
Macaroni and Cheese
Peas/Green Veggie
Crescent Rolls
To Do:  Leave instructions for boys to start dinner.

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
To Do:  Make crockpot for tomorrow.

 Crockpot Apricot Chicken
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
To Do:  Nothing, shopping finds tomorrow
