Menu Plan Monday 3/12/2012

This past week has been a whirlwind of activity.....our menu changed mid week (see here for my plan that we followed).  I'm hoping that the plan I make this week will be accurate the first time.  The redeeming quality for our misadventure, is that we did eat at home and we didn't resort to take out or going to a restaurant.  That is the beauty of keeping items on hand that are quick to make and that my family really likes.
The star recipe was the Creamy Ham and Peas Pasta which I really didn't follow all that closely.  Stay tuned for a quick, easy version post of this yummy meal.  Thanks for stopping by today and happy cooking :o)
