We did okay, yes just okay, on sticking to the menu plan last week. Bisquick Chicken was bumped for Parmesan Crusted Tiliapia and then we used a gift card to eat out on Thursday, so a repeat is in order for our Saturday meal. We have three tennis matches this week.....so pre planning is a MUST! I actually shopped for deals at three stores over the weekend, taking advantage of coupon savings and BOGO's. I just haven't seemed to have had the energy for shopping "around the world" over the last couple of

To Do: Bake wings, cut veggies for stir fry, LAUNDRY (YUK!!!)
Seasoned Oven Baked Potato Wedges
(just put in the oven to crisp up, gonna cook when I roast the veggies on Sunday)
To Do: Put meatloaf and chicken cubes in the frig.
General Tso's Chicken
Stir Fry Vegetables
To Do: Bake meatloaf
To Do: Put chops in frig
Grilled Pork Chops
To Do: Put pizza crust in frig.
Pretty ambitious for someone who has been the poster child for non-ambitious lately.
