Tuesday Menu Review
Since the grill is back in action, I used it to its full extent by grilling the pork chops that were taken out for Monday. We broke down and had Chinese Take Out on Monday night due to the massive clean out/spring cleaning we have been doing. These chops were simply prepared with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper, then grilled until the perfect doneness. We had mashed potaotes and corn to go with. The meal was really simple but very tasty and could be qualified as a 30 minute meal. I believe more of these quick type meals are coming down the pike! Next time I'll actually make something green.
