I found this general idea for a great crockpot meal at This Week in Our Kitchen through orgjunkie.com's Menu Plan Monday.
I have a roast in the freezer that will be great for this method. Hmmm....I'm thinking this will be my College Football Saturday meal this weekend. I love horseradish and bread and cheese and.....well I could go on and on :0)
