Dry Mix for Cream of Soups


I'm so including this recipe on my "To Do List" this weekend.  What an economical way to make and keep a "cream of" soup so that you can always have it on hand.  I even have dry milk in my cupboard, and.....
I've been wondering what to do with it :o)
I'll let you know, although I am going to try
using some of it!
