After reading a blog post the other day and making a trip to Aldi......I finally tried their brand of whole wheat bread. The 12 grain is hearty with a really soft texture. Not only was it soft when I ate the first piece but it remained that way until the loaf was gone. This detail ensures that my wheat shunning family will eat this with no complaints. That makes me very happy since I have been unable to convince them prior to this purchase!
