Hey, the reason that I chose this Menu Plan Monday header is because....."I got to shop!" There is not much left in my frig, and I haven't eaten a lot of home cooked food this week. For some reason, my work has received lots of take out lunches from the pharmacy reps this week and coupled with the fact that we celebrated a coworker's birthday....I just need to eat some real food. Lunches this week will be my standard turkey sandwich, 16 pringles, and yogurt. Breakfast for me will be grapes, peaches, or some other fruit. I'm going to cook a lot on Saturday to try and make up for the fact that I won't be home much at all next week, since I have work and class.

I am so hoping that this week goes according to plan......I'm sick and tired of listening to the boy's complaints about nothing in the frig and "What's for Dinner Mom?" comments. I only have myself to blame cause....no planning, no cooking = unhappy family :o)
