This recipe was wonderful!
My husband made this dish while I was working and followed the directions closely although not exactly.
He told me he increased the amount of peanut butter, chicken stock, and sesame oil, although exact amounts were unmeasured.
We also used chicken breasts (great bargain) that had been roasted, cubed, and stored in the frig the day before.
I think we found one to add to the "family favorite" rotation :o) It is definitely an amped up version of the Peanutty Chicken Pasta we usually make.
And, I know excuses, excuses....but no pictures. He forgot, but he cooked. Yay!
