Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

A great way to use up leftover ham now that the Easter holiday is upon us is to have a night of planned leftover sandwiches.  Just use any roll (hoagie or otherwise) and butter both sides place cubed ham and shredded cheese in the roll and wrap in foil.  Heat sandwiches at 350 degrees until the bread is a bit toasty with the cheese melty and the ham is hot.  These are yummy and almost worth making a whole ham for.  The ham that I used was from previously cooked frozen chopped one.....and the sandwiches were tasty and fresh.  Feel free to add toppings like lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc on top.
What a simple way to use leftovers effectively and have a good meal.
