Help me!

We are having a Mardi Gras themed luncheon at work this coming Monday.

Please, please, please.....

What are your ideas?  Do any of you throw Mardi Gras parties?  Are there any foods associated with Mardi Gras besides King Cake?

I'm just not sure what I should make.
