Okay, my week is getting a little bit better with these burgers. The recipe only needs a little more seasoning for our family's tastes. It could have something to do with the fact that I didn't use Kalamata olives which are probably more salty than the standard green olives... and even with the feta cheese (reduced fat version) they needed a little salt and/or some extra flavorings eg: oregano to really make the flavor pop. Next time I think I'll make a tsaziki sauce to top them off, yeh that's what's missing. Glad I could work this out with you.
So to recap, with some extra seasonings, correct ingredients, and a sauce...these would be great :o)
