Veering From the Path

I'm so thankful that I spent an entire two days preparing items for my freezer to keep us from grabbing something quick from a restaurant or grocery store.  Again....I worked really late last night but......I had ravioli and marinara sauce frozen and ready to warm up.  What a great feeling!
Needless to say, the menu plan changed, but, it completely reinforces why I cooked all day last week.  Now I just have to replenish the stock on the weekend and I'll stay ahead of the game.

  1. Woohoo! I love having freezer meals on hand for occassions like that. Guess I need to make a stash again soon huh. :o)
