There are so, so many things I could be doing today....and I do plan on starting on my cooking list, but I think the value of just taking it easy is very under rated. I could be happy sitting on the couch watching {err}, The View, Martha Stewart etc. etc.
Thank heavens I can see the TV from the kitchen ;).
