There are very few things that I won't eat; yep I like a lot of stuff.
There are even fewer things that Boy #2 won't eat; yep he likes a lot of stuff.
With that being said, Pad Thai is now one of them. I followed the recipe from the Thai Kitchen website...well kind of. All of the basic ingredients were there, just a little different. I think it was the sauce. Something about the sweet/sour tasted....well just a little off!
Now, not all of us thought it was horrible. As a matter of fact, the husband and Boy #1 had seconds. There was plenty.
Unfortunately, they will never get it at home again. :(
