May Be The Best Chili In The World!

As anyone who knows me well can attest to, I am not a huge chili eater.  There is just something about ground meat that kind of grosses me out.  However, we go to an annual chili cook off and I received the "save the date" e mail just the other day.  This got me searching for a recipe that will give me an edge over the competition.  In the past, I have made White Chicken Chili (I placed second), and Pork Tomatillo Chili (didn't place).  Neither of these had any ground meat in the mix.

I broke down today and did a test run using.....you guessed it ground meat.  The recipe says it is "The Best Chili in the World", and I think it might just stand a chance.
