I have actually done well on my quest for sleeping more, taking vitamins, and eating healthy!

  • Sunday--Bed at, oh my goodness 9:30pm.  I can't believe the difference it made for work on Monday!
  • Monday--Bed at 10:45pm.  I had even allowed myself the latitude to stay up until 11:00pm and....I didn't!
  • Both days, took all vitamins and injections.
  • Ate prior to 7:30 both days.
I'm starting out this week much  better than the last!
