UPDATE

FYI
Went to bed at 10:30 Wednesday night--oops didn't get home until about 7:30 from running some errands and I just couldn't get in bed any earlier.
Took my vitamins.
Didn't eat when I got home.
The exercise thing....not so much, but I didn't have a glass of wine with the girls today so that makes up for it right?
What else was I supposed to do? (Only 3 days in and I've forgotten, Oh my!)
