Coconut Macaroons Review



Coconut Macaroons
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt.  Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).  Drop by tablespoonfuls 1" apart onto a greased baking sheet Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove to wire racks.

You should try these as they couldn't be a more simple cookie to make with only 5 ingredients and a short prep, bake, and clean up time.

Love to serve these on my Fiesta Ware, the bright colors really set off the light brown color of these cookies.  I'm linking up with Tasty Tuesday where lots of others share their GREAT recipes too!
