Okay, I didn't expect two days in a row to have dinner made by my family. Boy #1 made a chicken and rice dish tonight that was GREAT. He planned ahead and had dinner ready at 5:15 when I got home from work.
Gotta LOVE that!
He even defrosted chicken, browned it properly and then proceeded to make a really good one pot meal.
My boys are treating me right and if this is their way of kissing up, well...................
