Menu Plan Monday 7/19/2010

We've returned from the beach, and are looking for some VEGETABLES.  Even though we had some facilities for cooking, we ate dinner out each night.  Breakfast and lunch were in the room, with sandwiches for lunch, and quick things for the morning.  I'm pretty sure that french fries are not a vegetable.
But....the beach was beautiful and if I can get the pictures off of the phone, I'll post.  The physician that I work for comes back from vacation this Monday so anything I plan will have to be pretty quick as some late nights are sure to be in order!
