Note to self.
Allowing kids to help make dinner can be very gratifying or.......a complete disaster.
In this case....disaster.
Coconut Beans and Rice with double the amount of rice is yukky and made an enormous amount of food that makes me feel horribly guilty for throwing it out (so I froze it).
But, really what can I do with it? I can't figure anything that I can do with low seasoned, wrong ingredient rice.
