Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf....I found a recipe that I referenced a few weeks back for the same idea. Unfortunately, that recipe was not to our family's liking, but my own tweaked version was oh so good!
Probably because it was the meatloaf recipe that we like! So, if you decide to make a similar version, just use your favorite meatloaf mix with your favorite type of cheese. Voila, the best you ever had!

This could even qualify for my "freezer" meal stash as freezing or at least refrigerating helps to keep the cheese inside during the cooking process.
