Yummy, Yummy, Yummy! I made this recipe that I found over at Eat At Home. I subscribe to her feed and when I received this one on email, I thought hey, I have very ripe bananas, pecans in the freezer, and chocolate chips in the pantry!
The recipe link is Banana Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars. The only change I made was to add an extra egg. The reason that I did this was that I lacked one banana (only had 3).
They baked beautifully (as you can see ), and they tasted even better!
This one you should try!
However, I will toss the chocolate chips with the flour next time so that they will evely distribute and not sink to the bottom. This picture makes me want to lick the pan.
