I'm thinking of taking up a new hobby....I've started in a new position and my timing is off, therefore cooking has been a bust this last week. We did eat all most of the items that were on my menu list just not in any specific order. The Boys #1 and #2 collectively pitched in and made parts of the dinner all on their own. Boy #1 is becoming quite the grill master!
My unique predictament is that I'm not sure what time I will actually be home....so for this week I'm making most of the meals a day ahead to be reheated or making something that the kids can finish off easily. No pictures for my review this week, but I hope to post today's dinner and tomorrow's a little later in the afternoon.
