I have to participate in the real world....back from the beach, and I need to go back for like.....two weeks,maybe three?

Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops

TUESDAY
(Recipe going to be very loosely interpreted)
Chopped Iceberg Lettuce
Chopped Tomato
Avocado
Leftover Rice-(with tomatoes, olives, seasonings)
WEDNESDAY
Grilled Chicken
Pasta Side
Green Beans
THURSDAY
Corn Muffins
FRIDAY
Old World Italian Pasta (Recipe Below)
Green Salad
4-5 Garlic Cloves Crushed
Red Pepper Flakes (Desired Amount)
Olive Oil (approximately 1/2 cup)
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup or desired amount
16 oz. Long Pasta eg: spaghetti, linguine, thin spaghetti
In a deep frying pan place the oil and allow to begin to heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, gently cook until garlic just begins to release odor and is slightly browned. In the meantime, cook noodles until al dente. Add cooked pasta to pan and top with parmesan cheese tossing to coat.
Chicken or other meat can be added.
