Menu Plan Monday 01/10/2010


We did fairly well this week on eating more simple, healthy foods.  However, we did eat out for birthday celebrations two times.  Both of these were unexpected and the request of the birthday boy.  This week, simple food again prevails, probably not any new recipes on the horizon.

SUNDAY--Thai chicken stir fry with rice (carryover from last week)
MONDAY--Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, garlic bread
TUESDAY--Smoked barbeque chicken, peas, noodles
WEDNESDAY--Work meeting for me.  Leftovers for the boys.
THURSDAY--Pinto beans with ham, cornbread
FRIDAY-- Thin crust pizza with veggies, salad.
SATURDAY--Grilled teriyaki chicken breast, rice, lima beans.
